Firing time is shortened considerably, and sizes reduced, to obtain a dramatic reduction in heat loss during production of electronic components, and thus reduce energy consumption and environmental load. To satisfy customer needs in this area, we have developed unique lightweight kiln furniture with superior resistance to thermal shock caused by rapid firing. The kiln furniture reduces environmental effects through reduced energy consumption.

 Lightweight Kiln Furniture A50H

A50H is used in a wide range of kiln furniture applications such as batts, setters, and saggers. The characteristics of A50H are lightweight, high strength, superior spalling resistance, and good aeration attributed to a perforated structure. Low thermal mass also conserves energy.
If reaction between the body and fired products is possible, we recommend application of a unique protective coating of semi-stabilized zirconia or similar.

 Ultra-lightweight Kiln Furniture AF99
AF99 is used in batts and setters for firing electronic parts etc.
AF99 is revolutionary lightweight kiln furniture with remarkable aeration properties due to a perforated structure. AF99 accelerates de-waxing of the fired products by supplying air from the bottom through perforations. Additionally, less calorific capacity and outstanding temperature response due to the lightweight structure ensure a uniform temperature distribution in the kiln, stabilizing product quality. AF99 also exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance due to its specialized structure, and it therefore ensures much faster firing cycles and substantially reduces energy consumption.
If reaction between the body and fired products is possible, we recommend application of a unique protective coating of semi-stabilized zirconia or similar.

 High Alumina Kiln Furniture AL90
A90H is used in a wide range of kiln furniture applications such as batts, setters, and saggers.
AL90 is refractory grade kiln furniture available in lightweight batts of up to 2mm in thickness. It exhibits outstanding thermal shock resistance and without cracking when dropped into cold water following heating to 800oC. Load bearing deformation (creep) is excellent despite its thin structure.
The excellent thermal shock resistance of AL90 permits firing of electronic components in less than 2 hours. AL90 contributes to increasing load capacity due to its thin batts structure, resulting in improved productivity.
If reaction between the body and fired products is possible, we recommend application of a unique protective coating of semi-stabilized zirconia or similar.

 Alumina furniture MA99
MA99 is used in a wide range of kiln furniture applications such as batts, setters, and saggers.
