MINO CERAMIC was originally established in 1918 at Mizunami city near Nagoya, Japan. We actively researches and embraces ceramic and refractory technology to provide superior refractories and associated services for key industries dealing with high temperatures. We have expanded the ceramics business in the field of refractories and chinaware in line with the company credo, ‘The Highest Quality is the Greatest Service’. We have developed the ceramic engineering & construction business with a core of furnace engineering technology evolved from our refractory operations. We have also expanded our business to flooring & paving, including ceramic landscaping materials, and to engineering ceramics. Additionally, we have established an affiliated company producing, processing, and selling ceramic raw materials. The totality of these operations forms a unique business group leveraging our core competency in the field of ceramics.
On this basis of developed technologies, production capacity, and human resources, we are pursuing innovative technology in the field of refractories, and expanding into ceramics & refractories from our basic asset of refractories. Additionally, we are expanding non-refractory operations such as ceramic engineering & construction and flooring & paving in an effort to become a more competitive and balanced company.
